Using mindminder as a Carer

Carers can be anyone; not only a formal "Carer".
Within the functionality of mindminder, those who support Users by managing their conversations, or who access User response data are called Carers.
This isn't to imply mindminder is focused on residential or domiciliary care providers, it's just that there isn't really a better term for someone who has an interest in a mindminder User that's as universally relevant as "Carer".

From a Carer's perspective, a User may be one or more of the following:
a parent, sibling, client, patient, member etc.

From a User's perspective, Carers may be related as one or more of:
a child, a sibling, a neighbour domiciliary carer, staff, medical professional etc.

It's worth noting that Carers can support multiple separate Users from a central Carer account.
This makes managing a family, multiple clients or patients as aa single Carer possible through the use of shared Organisations. Further information on managing mutiple Users across one or more Organisation can be found in the Organsations page

Carer Dashboards

Carers access mindminder through a selection of "Dashboard" webpages.

From the Carer entry Dashboard through to User results, mindminder has been designed around flexible access; whether from a desktop/laptop, tablet or phone, all functionality can be reached to support Users.

Carer Dashboard

All of a Carer's linked Users can be accessed from the Carer Dashboard.

Summary details of recent events can be viewed as well as onward access to each User's profile where more detailed User-specific content can be viewed.

Conversation Management

User conversation content and schedules are fully customisable.

User interactions can be scheduled on a recurring basis so that familiar routines can be developed and maintained.

Results/Analysis

Carers can view User response results directly through the dashboards.

User results can be accessed as raw responses, or via mindminder's aggregated trends, tables and other data presentations to determine a User's welfare, wellbeing and level of independence over a period of time.
