Conversations

Fundamental to a User's experience, mindminder's conversation content and the personas who deliver them are described below.

Personas

To provide a familiar and engaging experience for Users, and to complement any other regular interactions they may have, mindminder offers a number of different personas through which conversation content  is delivered.
As mindminder develops, many more voiced personas will become available.

Aditi

A younger voice with softer Asian accent. A more welcoming style.

Amy

Quite a formal female voice. Amy would make a good Teacher!

Arthur

Arthur sounds like he's in his 40s, delivering a less formal male voice than Brian.

Brian

Brian is about as formal as they come; very direct and sterner sounding than Arthur.

Emma

A younger English female accent.
Emma is quite softly spoken and provides a mellow companion.

Geraint

mindminder's resident Welsh accent, Geraint softly speaks with specific Welsh intonation.

Kajal

A more pronounced Asian accent than Aditi with more diverse intonation

Niamh

Niamh is our Irish voice; soft and welcoming with her warm tone.

Raveena

A more mature sounding Asian persona. Raveena is a balance between Aditi/Kajal.

Conversation Content

mindminder's conversations with a User are fully customised in terms of schedule and structure by Carers, and where structured elements can be personalised, Carers can provide personal detail specific to a User.

Explore below how each of the Scheduling, Structure and Content elements combine to provide engaging and effective interactions with Users.

Scheduling

Find out how Users interact with mindminder and what would an example conversation sound like.
Users may be one or more of family members, patients, clients or neighbours depending on their relationship/link to one or more Carers

Structure

Carers (family or other supportive roles) can customise User conversation content and schedules, and view/analyse the outcomes of conversations via Carer dashboards.

Content

mindminder offers multiple ways of supporting Users through the concept of User/Carer membership of common Organisations, offering a broader reach of User support and oversight than traditional solutions.
